By accessing or using Lumina ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Lumina is an AI-powered platform that helps users generate LinkedIn content using their uploaded documents and competitor analysis. The Service includes document processing, AI content generation, competitor pattern analysis, and optional LinkedIn publishing.
3. User Accounts
- You must provide accurate account information
- You are responsible for maintaining account security
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
- One person or entity per account
- You may not share your account credentials with third parties
4. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates LinkedIn's terms
- Upload documents you don't have rights to use
- Use the Service for spam, harassment, or misleading content
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or hack the Service
- Exceed rate limits or abuse the API
- Resell or redistribute generated content commercially without proper licensing
5. Content Ownership
Your Content
You retain ownership of documents you upload and content you create using the Service. By uploading documents, you grant us a limited license to process them for generating your content.
Generated Content
Content generated by Lumina based on your inputs belongs to you. You may use it for any lawful purpose, including commercial use on LinkedIn.
6. Subscriptions & Payments
- Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance
- Prices may change with 30 days notice for existing subscribers
- Refunds are available within 30 days of initial purchase
- Unused credits or quota do not roll over between billing periods
- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue plans with notice
7. LinkedIn Integration
Our LinkedIn publishing feature uses official OAuth integration. We do not store your LinkedIn password. You authorize Lumina to post content on your behalf when you connect your account. You can revoke this authorization at any time.
8. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee that generated content will achieve specific results, engagement, or business outcomes. AI-generated content should be reviewed before posting.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LUMINA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may export your data before account closure.
11. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
